I help people that is basically my job. I work in a residential program for the mentally ill, and also work with developmentally disabled folks as well. I make just under 12 bucks an hour. I work the night shift. Wish I had gotten it together to make more $ in lfe. I used to travel with a nomadic community called the Deadheads, around the country so I kinda get the Burningman thing, as I have also made it to a few national rainbow gatherings... I just do not make enough $ to get my butt to Burningman... I also question why Burningman is in the desert, and it why it costs so much... Is this just a continuation of Classism, is this why they are celebrating the American Dream, this year. In my lifetime the American Dream has become the American Myth the middle class is dying out.... We are in serious trouble in this country....
